These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cczz99 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at cczz99.app ("Platform"). cczz99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

To access the full features of the cczz99 Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one (1) cczz99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. cczz99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cczz99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

cczz99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• cczz99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual account activity.
• cczz99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

All content on the cczz99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of cczz99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the cczz99 Platform without prior written consent from cczz99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cczz99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if cczz99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cczz99's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cczz99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cczz99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

cczz99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players stay in control. These tools include deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all of which are accessible through your account settings.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek support. Players who self-exclude from cczz99 will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration of their chosen exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent cczz99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

cczz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cczz99 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the cczz99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
